How I recommend using it

I recommend starting with the manufacturer's half-scoop serving to assess your tolerance. Keep it for before training, avoid combining it with other caffeine sources, and choose a caffeine-free option if you train close to bedtime.

Manufacturer's directions

For healthy adults aged 18 and over. Start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. The full serving is one scoop mixed with 8–10 fl oz (about 240–300 mL) of water or your preferred drink before exercise on training days. Do not exceed the label's suggested use.
